At Stellara Parfums, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of fragrance products, please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Perfumes, attars, roll-ons, balms, and all fragrance products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used. This policy exists for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a leaked product
  • You receive an incorrect product (different from what was ordered)

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Reporting an Issue

To raise a refund or replacement request, you must:

  • Contact us through the official support channel mentioned on our website
  • Provide clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue
  • Share your order ID and registered contact details

Requests submitted without valid proof or after the 24-hour window may not be accepted.

4. Approval & Resolution

All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification by Stellara Parfums.

If approved, we may choose to:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

The mode of resolution is decided solely by Stellara Parfums.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. No Refunds in the Following Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of fragrance (scent preference is subjective)
  • Performance or longevity expectations
  • Minor packaging variations or batch differences
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error
  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

8. Custom & Bespoke Orders

All customized or bespoke fragrances are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Once confirmed, such orders cannot be altered or reversed under any circumstances.

9. Force Majeure

Stellara Parfums shall not be liable for refunds or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier service disruptions.

10. Policy Updates

Stellara Parfums reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
